We asked several faculty in the greening project to provide selected highlights of their courses. The courses detailed here demonstrate the richness of the greening courses and provide a model for faculty to reflect about salient aspects in any course. These samples indicate the richness and integrative nature on courses aspiring to build environmental literacy.
